I am a yoga instructor specializing in Hatha, Somatic, Grief, and Restorative yoga. I love spending time with my family. My grandsons are a gift from heaven and bring so much joy to my life. I enjoy reading, learning, spending time with friends, traveling, walking, collecting heart rocks, and painting rocks.
