Why you ask?
Well we haven't had access to our page since May! Everything posted comes from IG because Facebook would not let us switch owners. We have tried everything we could, Facebook support chats, emailing Facebook business, nothing worked. Everyone, even Meg is locked out of our old FB account. 😕 Since I want to be able to keep in touch with you guys on Facebook we have made a new account. Head over and give our new page a follow maybe even a review. This will be the last post on this FB page and then we will move our FB post to the new one! See you there!!

Happy Thanksgiving!
I just wanted to take a second and give a big thank you to all of you! I appreciate all of you who support The Barre, whether it's liking our post here on social media or coming into classes, your support and love means the world to me! I'm forever grateful for the community that exists here at our studio and the opportunity I have to do what I love and share it will all of you. Thank you thank you thank you. I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving day. We are closed tomorrow but Mandy has a post Thanksgiving workout for you Saturday at 8:00 a.m. and I'll be back on Sunday for some Restorative Yoga.
Friends and family are still welcome to come to classes with you for free through the end of the week.

Congrats and all the Love to Sara and her Family! Yesterday they welcome a sweet baby girl to the world at 26 weeks. Sara and Baby are tough and have fought hard to get this far and could use our continued prayers and love as they walk through this next stage in the NICU. Send all the love and prayers to this cute family. You are missed and loved around here Sara!
