What You’ll Be Doing
Providing individual and group therapy to clients managing mental health and/or substance use challenges
Creating personalized treatment plans and supporting clients through every step
Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team—including court systems and community partners
Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation
Participating in a mission-driven culture focused on healing and growth
What We’re Looking For
Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
Active Idaho licensure: LMSW, LCSW, LPC, LCPC, or CADC
Strong communication skills and an empathetic approach to client care
A genuine desire to help others thrive
Must pass a background check
