We would like to welcome Neža Rangus Ignjatović, our new international director for The Balkans!

Neža Rangus Ignjatović is a medically certified aromatherapist, cosmetic safety assessor, and CEO of Arxfarm d.o.o. (Slovenia) and Pharmanais d.o.o. (Serbia), two companies specialized in essential oils, hydrolates, and natural raw materials from the Balkans. She also leads Zaza Consulting, providing regulatory and technical support for cosmetic product development under EU Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009.

With a background in chemical engineering, cosmetic science, and entrepreneurship (University of Ljubljana, SCS London, University of Oslo, ICATS/IFEAT UK), she combines scientific expertise with practical aromatherapy knowledge. As a lecturer and mentor, she actively promotes evidence-based aromatherapy, ethical sourcing, and education throughout Central and Southeastern Europe.

Her mission is to build bridges between tradition and innovation in aromatherapy and to support sustainable growth of the essential oil industry in the Balkans.
