Meet PVFC Soda Springs' Bailee Alleman! With a Bachelor's Degree in Therapeutic Recreation from BYU-Idaho, she brings both heart and expertise to everything she does. Bailee is passionate about using leisure and recreation to help individuals improve their overall wellness, including physical health, emotional well-being, and self-confidence. Using activity plans to enhance counseling support, she empowers clients to reach their goals through experiences. When she's not at the practice, you can find Bailee outdoors, crafting, or travelling with her husband, or spending time on the family ranch. Community-Based Rehabilitation, or CBRS, is a person-centered approach to help those living with mental health conditions live meaningful, independent lives within their communities. It emphasizes empowerment, inclusion, and support, using local resources and collaboration rather than institutional care.
