Growing up, Sandy was like a second mom to me. She has always had the biggest heart, constantly showing up for others with love, kindness, and unwavering support. I’m hosting a raffle to help support one of the most fabulous ladies I’ve ever known, as she begins her liver transplant journey at the University of Utah starting May 6th.

Following transplant, Sandy will need to stay near U of U for 3–6 months during recovery, creating major expenses for housing, travel, time off work, and ongoing bills.

My clients hear me talk about fascia. Here is an explanation of what fascia is:

Fascia is basically the cling wrap of your body—it wraps around your muscles, holds everything together, and keeps things moving smoothly… when it’s behaving.

But life happens—stress, bad posture, workouts, injuries—and that cling wrap starts tightening, sticking, and pulling in all the wrong places. That’s when you feel stiff, sore, and wondering why your body suddenly hates you.

That’s where I come in.
Massage helps loosen that tight, sticky fascia, get things moving again, and remind your body how it’s actually supposed to feel.

Moral of the story:
If your body feels like it’s been vacuum-sealed… it’s probably time to get on my table. 💆🏻‍♂️

Massage therapy requires specialized training, licensure, and knowledge of anatomy for pain relief and rehabilitation. Associating it with sexual services undermines the credibility and skill of your massage therapist.
