💙 Blue Crystals & Salt for Satya (Truthfulness) 💙
Blue stones resonate with the throat chakra—our center of authentic expression and truth-telling. They help us speak our truth clearly, listen deeply, and communicate with integrity.
Examples of Blue crystals for truth:
✨ Sodalite - Enhances honest communication & inner knowing
✨ Blue Lace Agate - Gentle truth-speaking, especially when it’s hard
✨ Lapis Lazuli - Ancient stone of wisdom & speaking your truth
✨ Aquamarine - Courage to express what’s been held back
✨ Turquoise - Protection while speaking authentically
🧂Salt has been used for centuries in purification rituals. It absorbs negative energy, clears what’s false, and creates sacred space for truth to emerge. Salt represents purity—what remains when everything unnecessary is stripped away.
Simple Practice:
Place a blue stone on your throat while lying down. Breathe deeply. Ask: “What truth am I ready to speak?” Listen to what arises.
OR create a salt circle around your altar space to purify the energy and invite only truth to enter.

This morning we had a beautiful tea ceremony along with meditation and some chair yoga. This beautiful tea cup was my grandmothers and mothers. It sat for decades in a China closet until today. We will be using these and others for our weekly tea ceremonies and daily tea. Thank you Lonna for a beautiful ceremony and sister circle.
