Celebrate Spring at Point Lookout Yoga 🌱

In this workshop, we will create seed balls as living vessels of intention. Each sphere of clay, soil, and seeds will be infused with Reiki energy and charged with your personal prayer for the season ahead. Through breath, visualization, and gentle hands on healing, we will bless these seeds of possibility before returning them to the earth.

Enlightenment is said to flow from the Feet of the Guru. In many yogic traditions, students bow to, touch, wash and offer flowers at the feet of their Guru. And through this sacred ritual, they receive the wisdom held within the ‘souls’ of their Guru’s feet.

In this workshop, we will learn to honor our own feet through simple, hands-on self-care rituals that can be practiced easily at home. Through mindful attention to the feet, we strengthen our connection to our body, steady our nervous system and awaken the innate wisdom of our soul.
