🌺HAWAII CACAO PRIVATE RETREAT 🌺

From the moment you arrive this island greets you with Aloha. This gorgeous lady treated herself to a personalized half day reset of peace, balancing her nervous system connecting back to nature and ALL the girl time!

We began with Cacao on the beach, indulging in the luxurious taste and sensations with breathwork to ground and calm the mind and open up the portal of possibilities. We nourished our bodies and went to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world to finish our last ritual of the day and take in the breathtaking views 🌴

🌟RECLAIM🌟
We are in our second week of
our 22 Day Sister Circle HER WORDS ARE MEDICINE. Last week we released what was keeping us stuck and holding us back from our fullest self and this week we RECLAIM.

Being here in the now with the person in front of the mirror. Different than yesterday and the precursor for who we are tomorrow. It is the toughest place for me to be. Not being skewed from the past or anticipating the future but staring straight in the mirror at the being in front of me. Honoring what was and accepting what is and trusting what will be- IMO more uncomfortable than bunchy socks…

Fortunately for sister circle, we get to do it together. Through daily journaling ritual, we will untether the discomfort and reclaim what we know is dancing inside us while supporting each other in our individual journeys with lots of laughs, tears and WTF along the way. 🌺

The Ocean is Female

The first ever non-profit organization supporting women who have experienced domestic and abuse and violence through surf therapy and a community of sisterhood.

As the program director, I get to create ocean based gatherings to connect each one of us back to nature and each other and keep the surfing stoke high even in the frigid winter months! It is a gift to witness the transformation and growth in the participating women.

🌴A glimpse into a morning ritual 🌴

Starting your day with a 10 minute meditation practice will reduce stress, sharpen your focus and emotional balance for the entire day.

Your cortisol levels are elevated upon waking as a natural response to help you wake up and be alert in your outer world. If we jump right on devices, or let our mind start worrying about our to do list and troubles, we don’t give our body time to re-calibrate and lower that cortisol level as it naturally would. Now we are off and running this way for the entire day compounding any added stressors that may arise.

That afternoon crash will come for ya sooner than later because your nervous system thinks you have been running from a lion since you got out of bed…. how exhausting!

One month ago we packed our bags and started our cross country road trip west. There were so many unknowns ahead, excitement, changes, variables and breathtaking views along the way that pictures do no justice, but here is a glimpse. Seeing the vast landscapes and all types of weather of the mainland with my favorite two favorite guys was incredible! Let the adventures continue 💙
