One month ago we packed our bags and started our cross country road trip west. There were so many unknowns ahead, excitement, changes, variables and breathtaking views along the way that pictures do no justice, but here is a glimpse. Seeing the vast landscapes and all types of weather of the mainland with my favorite two favorite guys was incredible! Let the adventures continue 💙

Today I made my first wili-style lei po’o with local blooms from the island. I love a good arts and crafts and bonus that it was all from nature!

I learned a lot and there is LOTS to learn. Thank you .hi for your knowledge, resources and kindness.

From nourishing the soil for optimal growth, to the caring of the plants, and gathering for the lei making and THEN make the lei is a labor of love and creativity that is truly extraordinary. This took me 2.5 hours and tested my patience and finger dexterity for sure. Looking forward to refining my skills and learning more about this land and sea I get to call home 🌺

🍍HAWAII HALF DAY PRIVATE RETREAT 🍍

Treat yourself to a personalized half day reset of balancing your nervous system and connecting back to nature on the beautiful beaches of Hawaii.

For today’s 11/11 Portal Retreat, we began the day with cacao to set intentions, ground and calm the mind and release tension in the body through movement in the sand. We then enjoyed to nourish the body before our bike adventure in the gusty winds to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world to finish our last ritual of the day and take in the breathtaking views 🌴

This fabulous woman left feeling at peace and a shinier pearl than she showed up as this morning!

I am grateful to be able to share cacao around the globe and witness people balance their nervous systems and connect back to their true nature in a fun exploratory way!

Last weekend we gathered to honor and celebrate the amazing and her baby girl on the way!

Cacao joined us as an offering to connect deeper within for a beautiful beading ceremony led

Sharing cacao is a passion of mine and being able to witness how cacao enhances our ability to release oxytocin in community events such as Sara’s baby shower is a reminder of how wonderful it is to utilize nature’s medicine in our daily lives to enrich our human experience 💕

On the beautiful fall evening of Oct 3rd and stood barefoot on the Earth surrounded by loved ones exchanging vows committing themselves to growing roots for their next chapter together filled with love and compassion.

It was an honor to officiate them on the farm deeply connected to nature and witness their essence of undeniable love as a couple. Wishing them a life of happiness and nurturing support for this next phase of life together. Congratulations!!!💕

🧠The Neuroscience of Self Care 🧠

My once online workshop I created a few years ago came to life for The Monroe Township Senior Community.

Sharing the neuroscience and tools to balance your nervous system to create daily self care routines to just under 100 people was an absolute honor!

I hope this is the first of many live presentations to spread this simple and effective knowledge with practical actions to balance and reprogram your nervous system, decrease stress and improve your health through fun daily self care practices.

This summer has been filled traveling the coastline of Jersey sharing cacao at the most beautiful beaches with the most incredible people. Talking science and experiencing magic = Dream. Come. True.
