Did you know mindfulness can help with your s*x drive?
That's right, feeling centered, calm and focused on yourself for 10-20 minutes a day can indeed increase your energy, lower your stress hormones (AKA CORTISOL) and in turn... turn you on?

It may sound funny reading it like that but the reality is, most of us are so stressed out we can't even think about taking our pants off nonetheless trying to get our partner to engage in intimate acts with us.
Working on reducing your stress, enhancing your connection with yourself and your body and refocusing your energy can not only help to increase your libido but also give you the energy and stamina to be able to better create an environment in your mind to enhance your desire for intimacy and also your ability to achieve and have pleasure from the interaction.
