2026 is the year that we are infusing every day with self-care, so get out a journal and let's begin.

PROMPT: The stress of knowing you have to do something can sometimes be even more difficult than actually doing the thing, whether it be a work or house project, a speech, a new fitness routine, or any other big challenge or change.
But once you begin doing the thing, even if it's something you don't relish doing, you usually feel so much better than you did when you were just anticipating it.
You gain the confidence to see that yes, you can do it.
