🌟This Sunday🌟
The bowls are back just after Thanksgiving, the perfect way to pause and unwind after the holiday rush. Take a moment for yourself, breathe deeply and let the soothing vibrations of crystal bowls carry you into calm, clarity, and balance.

Crystal singing bowls, crafted from pure quartz, emit clear, resonant tones that can deeply influence our physical and emotional states. Research indicates that the vibrations produced by these bowls can reduce stress, lower blood pressure, and alleviate symptoms of anxiety and depression.

This session will settle the nervous system, soften the edges, and leave you with that “ahh, I didn’t realize how much I needed this” kind of peace.

Bring something cozy, maybe a light blanket or sweater, and let yourself be carried by sound. It’s a simple way to reset, and we’ve missed it.

Did you know the nervous system can’t tell the difference between gratitude that’s “small” and gratitude that’s “big.”

🌈When we bring viseral attention to even one gentle thing- the warmth of a cup in our hands, someone’s laugh, the way breath feels when it releases- the body shifts toward safety, regulation, and connection. Feeling small gratitude still rewires the whole system.

✨The Stoics taught a practice of noticing what is steady and good even in the middle of chaos.

And yoga and the breath gives us a practical doorway to this practice: In every slow inhale and long, unhurried exhale, the body teaches us that presence creates clarity, choice, softness.

If today feels peaceful, let that in.

If today feels heavy or complicated, honor that too and still see if there is one small moment worth noticing. That’s enough. Truly.☺️

A quick schedule update:

There is no class this evening (Wednesday November 26th), so everyone can prepare, rest, or spend time with loved ones.

🥰But Thanksgiving Thursday morning at 9:30am (November 27th), we’ll come together for a Slow Flow to kickstart your Thanksgiving with grounding, warmth, and community.

Wishing your heart a little more ease this week.

Wishing your home a little more peace.

Wishing your body a breath that feels like a soft reset.

Happy Thanksgiving. ❤

Before the holiday week pulls your attention in twenty directions, try this one small thing:

✨Pick one place in your body that feels tight right now.
✨Don’t analyze it. Just notice it.
✨Then breathe into that exact spot for five slow breaths.

Most people don’t realize how fast they’re moving until they stop for a moment and feel what their body has been holding onto.
✨Five breaths can shift more than you expect.

If that tiny pause already brought a bit of relief, imagine what 75 minutes of purposeful stillness can do.

Jordan’s Yin Yoga class tonight at 7pm is built around this same idea: small, intentional pauses that create real change in how you feel.

💥If your day has been loud or heavy or rushed, this hour will land differently.

🌈You’ll walk out feeling like you reclaimed a piece of yourself.

See you tonight.

Tonight at 7pm, I’m offering a Yoga Nidra Meditation practice designed for this week before Thanksgiving — a time that can stir up stress, old patterns, family pressure, and the weight of trying to hold everything together.

This practice gives your body and mind a place to soften.
A place where you can release the exhaustion, the tension in your chest, the racing thoughts, and the heaviness that shows up when you’re doing your best to care for everyone and still keep yourself steady.

Yoga Nidra invites deep rest.
It helps your nervous system settle.
It gives you space to breathe again.

You’re welcome to join from wherever you are — simply lie down, get warm, and allow yourself to be carried by the guidance.

Tonight at 7pm.
A gentle pause before the holiday week begins. In-Person & Virtual Options for this event are available.

This Friday with In-Person & Virtual Options
A session like no other. Perfect for beginners and those that are more experienced. It is a spiritual practice that profoundly guides you into a boundless state. Realigning you with your optimal state of health, a clear mind, and a compassionate heart. Here you will awaken with a deep sense of restoration.

Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) is a guided experience that slowly releases the inner tensions of the body, mind, and emotions. This practice is a very efficient and effective form of rest and rejuvenation. If you feel off-center, unbalanced, or simply exhausted, please come and experience the transformative power of this practice and leave feeling relaxed and peaceful.
Yoga Nidra is a practice designed to lead you through the various layers of the body and mind, from the gross to the subtle. This is normally done unconsciously, as you dive into sleep, but Yoga Nidra, (yogic sleep) takes you into the state of deep sleep while being conscious of it. In this state between awake and asleep, you can experience your true self, beyond the senses, beyond the thought forms. Some experiences deliver guidance, clarity, physical healing, and regeneration, and will open the door to many esoteric experiences. The state of being that Yoga Nidra trains you to connect with is a very important state every human should learn to access. The possibilities are endless. No session is the same, and you will find that you ultimately get what you need. Each time you practice, you train your nervous system to connect to more relaxed states of consciousness more easily, undoing the states of stress most people live in.

This will create a life that is filled with creativity, joy, peace and so much more. So no matter what, each session is worth the practice. See you there!

-Bring a soft mat of some sort to lay on (for extra comfort) and pillows, and blankets (we supply blankets as well as yoga mats if you prefer borrowing them).

-We will dedicate a portion of the class to practice gentle stretches creating comfort in the body and setting a heartfelt intention.
