Please join us at Crest Pointe Rehabilitation and Healthcare on December 3rd from 5:30PM - 7PM to meet Mr. & Mrs. Clause.

Be sure to bring your camera or phone to capture your holiday memories! Milk & Cookies wiil be served and we will have fun crafts for all ages!

We were honored to be joined by Dr. Nikunj Patel from Oceans Prime Diabetes and Endocrinology at the Toms River Senior Center, where he provided valuable education to our seniors on diabetes — a chronic illness that affects millions across the country.

Dr. Patel highlighted the importance of staying proactive with your health, keeping up with annual testing, and practicing moderation, especially as we move into the holiday season.
