Normally, I try not to eat at my desk. I like to be mindful and enjoy my meals. But I’ve been so energized and excited about what I’m working on that I couldn’t step away today!

Here’s the thing:
• Diets that cut out everything you love aren’t sustainable.
• Rigid rules don’t fit into real life.
• And weight loss shouldn’t feel like punishment.

I know how frustrating it feels to start a plan, lose weight, and then feel like you can’t keep up with it long-term. That’s why what I’m creating is designed to be different: flexible, sustainable, and something you can actually enjoy.

If someone had told me I’d feel healthier at 60 than I did at 40, I would have laughed.
But truth be told, I shifted my habits as I aged, and that is what brought me to this place of feeling healthy and embracing my body as I get older.
