Here we go...something new is coming and we are excited to share this new class with you! Sunday Stretch and Reset with~Misty. This class will take place the 1st and 3rd Sunday of each month beginning Sunday, April 19th at 8:00am. A gentle, slow-flow class designed to release tension improve flexibility and help you reset for the week ahead.
