Breathe Yoga Breathe Yoga is a community space for movement, mindfulness and meaningful connection. We offer a wide variety of classes for every level student.

Come as you are and discover the power of presence, practice and shared experience. Grand Opening May 19th. I am passionate about exposing students to the sacred physical and philosophical practice of yoga. I consider it my true honor to work with beginning students. If you always thought about trying yoga--I'd love to practice with you. I believe that yoga is for everyBODY! We never force ourselves into any positions and always provide multiple alternatives for different levels. We spend time learning how physical postures feel in our bodies, using our breath as a guide. Looking forward to flowing with you!! Class descriptions below! Restorative yoga is a restful practice where we hold poses passively for longer periods of time. We use props to relax the muscles and restore the body. One pose may be held from 5-20 minutes. We welcome in stillness to tap into our parasympathetic nervous system where we rest and digest. You can expect a mellow, low energy flow that encourages you inward. This flow is accessible for all. Yin Yoga is a quiet, contemplative practice. We target the connective tissues, ligaments and deep fascia by holding poses in an active stretch for long periods of time. Each class may include 5-7 positions, held for 5-8 minutes. Vinyasa yoga is an energetic, athletic flow class that strings together various yoga poses. We aim to attach breath to movement and place each posture with intention.

Join us for a fundraising yoga class this Saturday! All proceeds will go to benefit the American Indian Business Leaders (AIBL) organization which is dedicated to empowering Native students through education, leadership, and entrepreneurship. At Salish Kootenai College, our AIBL chapter works to build confidence, strengthen cultural identity, and create opportunities for Native students to become successful leaders in both their communities and future careers. Our current fundraising goal is to raise funds to attend the National AIBL Conference in March 2026, where members can connect with other Native leaders, gain professional development, and represent our college on a national stage. Every donation brings us one step closer to that goal. We are deeply grateful for all the support we receive, as it helps us continue growing, learning, and making a positive impact through the values and vision that AIBL stands for. No registration or experience required!

New schedule with a brand new Strengthen & Flow class with Sam on Wednesday evenings. Strengthen & Flow is a full body workout with emphasis on centering, alignment, breathing and flow. This class is recommended for students of all levels and modifications offered to meet you at your ability. The class will be a warmed environment with upbeat music and a chance to strengthen and flow! Multiple class offerings each day to fit your busy fall schedule!
