Mid Summer fun 2025

I was invited and I said yes. I wasn't in charge of any of the details which is hard for me and a point of growth.

We had an amazing time! I hiked with three women, all grandmother's, and I'm now convinced I love spending time with women, especially older women.

The Women of Rollins are welcoming everyone interested to join us for a fun summer yoga series at the Rollins Schoolhouse. I'll be there teaching most Tuesdays at 1pm except when noted and class will begin at 2pm. Sign up online to save your spot. Come ready to move, breathe and feel good!

Our next winter get away is to PANAMA!

We'll gather in Panama City before heading to the pristine beaches a luxury boutique hotel right on the beach. Yoga, surf, sand ,sun, and snorkeling are some of the main features of our week but as always there is time and space to create the experience you're looking for.

Registration is open and we still have 7 spots available from chique tree houses, to gorgeous garden casitas. There are even a few simple yet luxurious rooms left for those looking for a more economical option. Now's the time to sign up!

Replenish retreats are designed specifically for Mental Health Professionals and offer:

•Education on polyvagal theory and how it relates to mental health work
•Practical and experiential learning environment for personal and therapeutic practices
•Continuing education credit/units
•A gathering space just for you to rest, connect, and nourish yourself

Our next event is a one day retreat. We hope this shorter format is more accessible for both our time and financial budgets. We will specifically be looking at movement and its role in the healing process. We will meet in Polson at the Bickford Building, lunch and snacks will be provided.
