We’re proud to work closely with Maureen Burns, CEO of Herbal Sage Tea Co., to bring her exceptional teas to our customers right here in Pomeroy, OH. Together, we also created a signature River Roasters Chai blend, thoughtfully crafted to meet our exact flavor and brewing needs.

Our chai isn’t rushed. We take the time to carefully measure and weigh each batch, then slow-steep the spices and tea to create a rich, balanced chai tea concentrate with depth, warmth, and just the right amount of spice. That extra care is what gives our chai its smooth, full-bodied flavor available hot or iced.

In addition to our custom chai, we offer Herbal Sage’s Assam Black and Organic Zesty Green teas hot or iced, with sweetened or unsweetened options. Our hot-steeped tea selection also includes:

Herbal Sage Tea Company is located in The Brickouse Apothecary, in Historic Pomeroy, Ohio. The shop is open by appointment, and for classes and special events.
