Did you know there is a Board Certified M.D. Physician who mainly treats problems with Getting Around, with doing your JOB? Or, just managing at home? People with problems like a previous or recent stroke? Muscle Spasms from a Stroke, Brain or Spinal cord Injury. An injury that was serious enough to impair your mobility? How about problems like Diabetes? Neuropathy (many problems with numbness, weakness)? Amputations, falls, weakness? These are the kinds of problems a Physician like me treat!
I've been working for over 25 years on these problems in the Galloway/Absecon area. Until recently, I was a full time physician at BACHARACH INSTITUTE for REHABILITATION. Now, in my own practice, and with BACHARACH soon closing its doors after MANY years, I can continue to give you the best outpatient care available!
Perhaps you had problems with your diabetes, or were in the hospital with a problem, and feel you were sent home TOO soon? I often work along side many of your family physicians, while they take care of your sugar, blood pressure, heart medications, I take care of your imbalance, weakness, difficulty with stairs. And, along with your family physician or surgeon, will make sure you stay as healthy and out of the hospital as possible!
I'll do an evaluation of your mobility and self care status, medical status, surgical status, and report to your other physicians. If you need equipment like a brace, wheel chair, or paperwork for disability, I will prepare that with you as well.
