Patient with neck pain, developing numbness and some weakness.
MRI shows a cervical spine tumor.

Intraoperative debulking and gross total resection.

All symptoms are improving.

50s ruptured carotid cave aneurysm.
Balloon-assisted coiling.

CTA with 3D reconstruction and yellow arrow shows the aneurysm popping out near the Sella turcica.

3D angiogram shows the aneurysm nicely.

Coiling of aneurysm to complete obliteration with balloon-assist.

80s yo old fell off ladder, excruciating back pain with T12 fracture. Acute blood seen on MRI (top left), CT showed fracture line (bottom left) with treatment results on the right upper and lower. Pain improved from 15/10 to 2/10.

Left fronto-temporal craniotomy with subfrontal approach for resection of metastatic tumor. Preservation of Brocas area (preserving speech).
Before tumor resection the lateral ventricle was compressed with mass effect from the tumor pushing the brain to the right.

Late 50s patient, prior ruptured brain aneurysm clipped >25 years ago. Did not want to get another open craniotomy. No good choices due to wide necked aneurysm with ICA terminus diameter approx 8mm for Stent-assisted, flow diverter and even balloon-assisted coiling not good options since there are sizes available.
Neurosurgeon needs to keep up with technology and know what is out there for brain aneurysm treatment.
Treated with WovenEndoBridge device. Complete embolization of brain aneurysm next to aneurysm clip.

Early 40s patient with ruptured 3mm aneurysm with a "daughter sac" at the ICA. Balloon-assisted coiling with 2 coils.
Complete occlusion of thr brain aneurysm.

Late 70s patient, ruputred AcomA aneurysm approx 6mm with a wide neck. Placement of WEB device. Contrast stasis seen immediately in the aneurysm. Followup angiogram shows secured body and dome of thr aneurysm.
