If I Have Obstructive Sleep Apnea, Will I Know It?
(https://www.webmd.com/sleep-disorders/guide/understanding-obstructive-sleep-apnea-syndrome #1)
Obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) is a common disorder that causes you to start and stop breathing during sleep. Unfortunately, because you're asleep, it's hard to notice symptoms. However, certain signs can help cue you in. For example, if you wake up most mornings feeling groggy or your significant other regularly complains about your snoring habits, it's worth making an appointment with your doctor. OSA is easy to treat, but if you don't take action, it can increase your risk of cardiovascular problems.
