🌹Some classes we hold close to our heart, this is one of those classes. For those of you who come to our monthly Sound Healings, this one integrates a deeper heart connection and ancestral healing that Spirit says is so needed for humanity at the moment.

Class Materials Needed: yoga mat, notebook, 4 x 6 picture of a loved one who has passed away, and an offering for the honored loved one. Offering can be a bouquet of flowers, could be a plate of their favorite food, a bowl of mixed fruit, candies and chocolate, or a white candle to give your ancestor elevation from trauma.
