more veggies and fruits.
less packaged and processed foods.
more fiber.
less refined.
more movement.
less sitting.
more long term sustainable healthy habits.
less diet culture, good/bad, all/nothing.
there are lots of ways you 'could' lose weight.
doesn't mean they are all healthy.
weight loss diets and health promotion are not the same thing.
be wary of companies, marketers, and sales tactics.
does it over promise? easy? or quick?
