there is nothing inherently wrong with gluten or bread.
we vilify a food item that's been in every culture since the dawn of time(!).
but yet are quick to take a rotating slew of questionable pills, powders, and supplements that may have only been around for a short time. 🤷‍♀️🤦

a better approach: choose sweets wisely, opt for less processed/refined versions, buy whole grain breads and sourdough.

guilty. i fell for it! what a sham.
two bowls a day of quick digested processed carbs with no protein or produce. just clever marketing with promises of a slim red bikini.
