Pickleball is one of the fastest growing sports, especially among active adults over 50, and with that growth we are seeing more related injuries.
From Achilles and calf issues to knee, hip, and shoulder pain, many of these injuries come from how explosive and deceptively demanding the game really is. Quick starts, sudden stops, and rotational stress can overload joints and tendons that are not always conditioned for it.
With the right diagnosis, a clear treatment plan, and when appropriate targeted regenerative or interventional care, most people do not just recover, they return to play stronger and more confident.
The goal is not just to play.
It is to keep playing well.
