Join us on April 18th at 11:00 AM at Pompano Beach Brewing Company for a fun, social 2-mile run followed by the launch of our very own Second Wind run club beer.

This is more than just a run—it’s a full experience:
• All paces welcome (walkers + runners)

It started with a few people showing up… and turned into a Thursday night tradition. 🏃 🍻

Over the past year, this community has grown into something special, where families show up together, kids run alongside parents, and miles turn into real connections.

Huge thank you to Pompano Beach Brewing Co for giving us the space to make it all happen week after week.

And yeah… we might be the only run club with our own custom beer…come launch it with us on April 18th to celebrate ONE YEAR of runs! 🍻

We’re celebrating our anniversary the way we always do—moving together and pushing a little further:

Yesterday was everything!!!!!! 👏

Miles shared, a cause close to home, and a community that always shows up. We ran for a reason and stayed for the connection (and let’s be honest… happy hour until the brewery kicked us out 🍻).

We’re so grateful for every single person who came out, and to the amazing vendors who helped bring it all together. Because of you, we raised $100+ toward TSC initiatives supporting one of our own.

This one meant more. And we won’t forget it. See you same time, same place next week!

Run Club…but make it mean something 👏

This week, we’re not just running… we’re running for a reason. We’ve partnered with the TSC Alliance to support families affected by this genetic disorder—and turning our miles into impact.

We will have amazing vendors on site either offering a portion of sales to the charity, or providing raffle items for you to win!

Show up and you’re already winning: one free raffle ticket just for being there. Want more? Every dollar donated = more chances to win from our amazing vendors (all giving back in some way 🙌).

Run Club is getting a Spring Break upgrade 🌴🏃‍♀️

Join us next Thursday for our Spring Break “Run for a Reason” at Pompano Beach Brewing Company benefiting the TSC Alliance.

We’re turning our regular run club into a community charity night with:

✨ Local vendors
🎟 Tons of raffle giveaways
🎨 Kid-friendly activities
🏃‍♀️ Community run/walk (all paces welcome)

Beers and business decisions aren’t always wise… but this one? This one landed on a treat!🍻❄️

Ice Lounge Wellness is hooking our run club up with FREE cold plunges this Thursday.

Here’s the deal:
✔️ Pre-register for Run Club
✔️ Show up and run
✔️ Dive in + recover like a pro

The only catch? We need 10 people to prebook to make it happen. Cold plunge post-run hits different. You’ve never seen this before — and we’re not sure when (or if 👀) it’ll happen again.

Thursday night run club was next level 🔥🏃‍♀️

We switched things up with a kid zone — taking turns showing up for each other and watching the little ones so parents could get their miles in, stress-free 🙌 Kids played, parents ran, and the whole crew showed what real community looks like.

Strong miles, good vibes, and a run club where everyone’s welcome 🌴✨

As always, huge thank you to Pompano Beach Brewing Co. 🍻 for being the best host — the post-run happy hour never misses. And the Munchies Report 🤤🔥 absolutely hits the spot for that well-earned post-run fuel.
