Spring Clean Up
Often around this time of year, we get busy cleaning up our yards. We remove leaves and other debris from the flowerbeds and shrubs to allow them to grow better. If we skip this step, the plants will still grow, but they will simply not flourish with all that interference (sticks, leaves, weeds, rocks) around them. So we clear the beds and free the plants to express the most life.
This is not unlike a chiropractic adjustment. As vertebral subluxation is corrected, the interference to your life is removed. You become clear to express your innate intelligence to the fullest so that you can flourish as well.

Chiropractic is a small thing that makes a huge difference. Coordination of every bodily system is achieved through the brain and nervous system. Messages travel over these information highways to control the countless reactions that allow your body to function. Because these nerves are housed in the spine, keeping misalignments (subluxations) at bay is critical. Maintaining a spine free of nerve interference is likely one of the most powerful things that you can do for yourself.

Chiropractic care in our office is specific. The entire spine is checked carefully. Post checks are done after any adjustment to ensure the criteria used to determine the presence of vertebral subluxation have cleared. Interestingly enough, these criteria do not include your symptoms.

Autumn is in the air!
