Training never really stops around here.

Yesterday our members completed certification in the newest CPR protocols that took effect earlier this year. With our new apparatus entering service, crews also spent time getting familiar with its features to make sure everything is operated safely and smoothly from day one.

Staying sharp means staying ready — and that’s how we take care of Pequannock when you need us.

Interested in being part of it? We’re always looking for new members to join the team:

New rig. Who dis?!

After weeks of wiring, mounting, re-mounting, moving things 3 inches to the left, and asking “did anyone read the manual?” — Rig 58 is officially in service tonight.

Everything works.
We checked.
Twice.
Probably.

As always, we’re here when you need us.

Welcome to the family, 58.

Today, Chief Thomas Lyons proudly accepted delivery of our newest ambulance, featuring an all-new graphics package that reflects both our history and our future. Inspired by the Spirit of Pequannock, this new apparatus marks a bold transition from our traditional orange and white design to a striking blue and gold—symbolizing strength, pride, and progress.

As we continue outfitting the truck, we’ll be sharing more photos along the way. We anticipate this ambulance will be fully operational and serving our community within the next two weeks.

Appreciate the support from our friends at the Pequannock Valley Rotary.

Tonight at approximately 9:15 pm; an ambulance was requested by Atlantic Health to assist with the transport of a critically sick patient from Chilton Hospital for transfer via Atlantic Air Ambulance to a neighboring hospital. The crew worked alongside the flight team, and the patient was successfully flown to receive additional specialized care.
