Signs and symptoms are ways the body lets you know that you have an injury, illness, or disease. Signs and symptoms of cancer depend on where the cancer is, how big it is, and how much it affects nearby organs or tissues. If a cancer has spread, signs or symptoms may appear in different parts of the body. Learn more: https://brnw.ch/21wZUlo.

Night Four of Getting Ahead was packed with meaningful conversation and connection! 💜

Participants wrapped up their Theory of Change lesson by reviewing the stages of change, setting personal action steps, and diving into the wealth gap and causes of poverty — sparking powerful discussion.

A huge thank you to our guest speakers, Scott Haywood and Amanda Beaston from the Kay County Health Department OK, for sharing valuable resources and encouraging participants to reach out and get connected.

We’re also grateful to Central Baptist Church - Ponca City, OK for providing the meal and to our Sponsor of the Night, United Way of North Central Oklahoma, Inc. for making evenings like this possible! 💛
