As you all know, I have been absent for some time on here. Life is full of ups and downs and sometimes you need to step away and reevaluate your current path. The are made locally in Wichita Kansas and I highly suggest you look them up and allow yourself the indulgence of a cookie from The Chunky Poodle!

Today is National Dessert Day!!! Throughout the day I am going to feature some of my favorite desserts! Yes, even as a health coach I love dessert and don't think we should deprive ourselves of these things (though moderation is important).
My first featured dessert.......CHEESECAKE!! I had the chance to indulge in this amazing Brownie Cheesecake at Junior's Restaurant & Cheesecake in NYC this past February ! It was soooo good and I enjoyed it over several days!
