I am an early childhood and art educator with a Reggio-inspired, play-based approach, and a holistic leadership coach committed to building inclusive, relational, and sustainable cultures.
I value and desire to be part of a broader movement of inclusive, intersectional leadership—one that understands that how we show up matters just as much as what we do. In my work as an educator, coach, and facilitator, I support people who want to take responsibility for their values, their relationships, and the spaces they help shape.
My approach is grounded in constant reflection and assessment of how and why we show up, viewed through a lens of power, systems, and lived experience. Drawing from popular education, trauma-informed practice, and relational pedagogy, I invite individuals and groups to examine their conditioning, their roles within systems, and how they can act with greater intention, empathy, and integrity.
I am experienced in supporting learning and growth in spaces where multiple perspectives and identities are present, including navigating difficult conversations with care and clarity. I value authenticity, transparency, and emotional awareness as essential leadership and educational practices—not add-ons.
Whether in classrooms, coaching spaces, or team settings, I bring a calm, grounded presence and work as a loving accountability thought partner—responsive, customized, and attuned to both people and context.
I believe that cultivating liberation in schools, organizations, and workplaces begins with dismantling internalized beliefs and behaviors within ourselves. I use an empathic, dialogic approach that opens conversation rather than shutting it down, supporting growth without shame.
