If you participated in a trade for services in the past with a hood cleaner, I encourage you to get an inspection soon. I am seeing a lot of jobsites where the previous cleaner did not clean the exhaust fan or ducts. Please get an inspection from either myself, or call another hood cleaner. You, your employees, your customers, and your investment are at risk.
And ALWAYS ask for before and after pictures.

My good friend Luke Greer is opening a restaurant in downtown Hammond. The previous owners didn't care enough about keeping the place clean and safe, but Luke sure does. We are steam cleaning the hoods and kitchen area so when he opens you know your food is getting cooked in a clean kitchen. What we are cleaning tonight is out of the customers view, but Luke said, "clean it so it looks brand new." That is what makes Luke and all of my clients the best. They want to keep it clean and safe for you and their employees. Yall need to come check him out when he opens up.

The HoodFella will be back in town next week. If you need your fryers, ovens, ranges deep cleaned, he's your guy. If you need your hoods cleaned he's your guy.
March Special- Hood inspections for $150 !!! That will get you an inspection sticker to satisfy NFPA 96 Code. If they need to be cleaned, I'm gonna give you a quote you can't refuse.
