We are now the only gym in Tangipahoa Parish offering meal prep!🎯

Huge thanks to Wayne from AMP meals for providing delicious, affordable, and nutritious meal prep! We have dozens of options including chicken fried rice, jambalaya, and Thai salmon! My personal favorite was the Buffalo Mac and cheese, 10/10! The best part is that the meals are frozen for your convenience using no preservatives or additives! Heat them up at work or after your workout so you never have to miss a meal again💪
