We are OPEN FOR BUSINESS and we HAVE been open, but unfortunately, our PROVIDER, DUE TO AN ISSUE IN THE AREA, has OURS AND 50 OR MORE BUSINESS INCOMING TELEPHONE CALLS DOWN. ALL OTHER SYSTEMS ARE WORKING, INCLUDING ELECTRONIC RX'S AND OUTGOING TEXT MESSAGES. Therefore, for the time being, you can not call into the pharmacy. We are so sorry for the inconvenience. We are operating right now as a virtual pharmacy. You can reach us 3 different ways: 1) on FB messenger, 2) by responding to auto messaging (other than "1 Rx ready" messages), 3) by clicking on the email link on our website, greenbriarpharmacy.com . We are able to get outbound communications such as texts and phone calls to you. We ARE RECEIVING INBOUND ELECTRONIC PRESCRIPTIONS just fine. Since the incoming phone calls are down, the automated voice system is also down. If you are not able to perform FB MESSENGER, messaging, or email, please come by the pharmacy. Since this outage is causing delays, we are currently filling all acute medications with highest priority, then maintenance medications secondarily. If you are needing a maintenance medication filled and want to pick up this medication soon, please send us a message or come by the pharmacy, and we will handle that as top priority.
