I have a fun event coming up on Sunday at my business space in Ponderay, Idaho The Luna Alchemy Co.

I’m partnering with to host a fun spring collection but prior to that I have my community sound session for the full moon and I am partnering with . We will both be playing the sound bowls for this event!

So grateful for everyone who came out to experience sound healing yesterday at Natural Kneads Wellness & Massage 🤍

It’s always such an honor to hold space for people who are trying something new — especially when many were experiencing sound healing for the very first time.

I love introducing this modality and watching bodies soften, nervous systems settle, and curiosity open. Sound has a way of meeting each person exactly where they are, without needing words.

Thank you, Chanelle, for opening your beautiful space and trusting me with your community. I can’t wait to return in March and play again — and hopefully bring my crystal bowls next time alongside the Tibetan bowls for an even deeper experience.
