In many cases, type 2 diabetes and its complications can be delayed or prevented by adopting and maintaining healthy habits. Knowing your risk and what to do is important to support prevention, early diagnosis and timely treatment." The American Diabetes Association (ADA) recommends regular exercise for people with diabetes as well as those at the pre-diabetic stage. fit20 offers a training program that is ideal for people with diabetes. Trainer: Why did you decide to come train with fit20?
Carolyn: “I sort of believe in coincidences… one day I couldn’t lift a 40lb bag of mulch without cutting it in half. The very next day, I saw an ad for fit20. The encouragement about strength and longevity—not bikini bodies—impressed me. I joined six years ago this month, and at 76, I plan on being here until I can’t!”

Trainer: What improvements have you noticed?
Carolyn: “My energy is steadier, and I can carry that 40lb mulch bag with no problem. My stamina and strength are way up, and even my sister noticed how toned my arms and shoulders had become. That was a big surprise!”

Trainer: How does fit20 compare to other programs?
