✔️ Choose a backpack with padded straps.
✔️ Ensure it fits properly and is not too heavy.
✔️ Pack the heaviest items closest to the back.
✔️ Use both shoulder straps to distribute weight evenly.

Did you know that some headaches come from the neck? 🤔

These are known as “cervicogenic” headaches and usually present as pain in a question mark pattern around the ear.

Experiencing low back pain while running? 🏃‍♀️

Biomechanics and strength are critical factors in treating low back pain. However, running cadence (step rate) also plays a significant role.

A recent study found that individuals with lower back pain tend to run with a lower cadence than those without pain.
