How much water is enough?

While promoting healthy nutritional changes in children and adults is our goal, we also recognize the reality of how wasteful some trends can be on our natural resources.

The reality of some “environmental impact” decisions (trends) is that not all choices are wise choices when it comes to food - economically or environmentally.

That moment when you realize that the WHO, Bill Gates, and big pharma make both the virus and its global proliferation, and the vaccine to cure it - all at taxpayers expense.

This is why eating clean is so important.

Almost every major disease, malady, or chronic illness is food and beverage related - even that of most cancers (excluding possibly skin cancer from overexposure to solar radiation).

It is a tragic thing to watch people that you care about aging prematurely and even more so, to see them die of disease and sickness that was totally avoidable. Just plain tragic.

I won’t mention any names here but I was with someone who was just a year or so older than me at a construction supply store. The cashier in the store commented that she thought it nice to see a father and son out doing things together at our ages. My friend and I smiled as we finished at the register, but he was not completely humored at the reality that he was mistaken to be my dad.

Like many of those I have known from my youth, they have aged prematurely. Notwithstanding laziness that contributes to the aging process, a self-indulgent lifestyle that most often results obesity and all of the maladies associated with the hormonal imbalances (the endocrine system) that come from this, is a main contributor to most premature aging.

But there is something deeper that is more ominous to our demise. It is the destruction of the mitochondria that are responsible for producing energy and repairing our bodies on a cellular level. You can spot it easy - this sort of premature aging. The easiest is liver lines in someone’s face and liver spots on the skin.

Not always, but most often, these liver lines and spots are the result of an unhealthy liver. This is often the result of drinking alcohol and exposure to manmade chemical compounds like preservatives, color additives, and other food stabilizers found in the industrialized food complex.

At the root of it, many researchers believe it is directly related to free radicals damage and the oxidative damage they do to our cells and their ability to produce energy and heal themselves.

What all holistic health advocates can tell you is that when you consume the right foods, prepared the correct way, and eaten at the right time in your day, much of this “bad news” can be reversed IF it is caught in time. If left to it’s own devises, it will impact (damage) your DNA and the damage will be irreversible.

In a nut shell, for those who are serious about longevity and quality of life, eating raw, organic, properly prepared and portioned foods, along with regular exercise (cardio and resistance training), you can extend your life literally decades depending on your age.

With the average life expectancy of 78 years old in America, imagine doing something that can extend your life another 20 to 25 years!

Do you have enough to live for and a purpose important enough to you to want to extend your life and fulfill the purpose God has for you? It’s never too late to start.

Eat raw. Drink alkalized water. Stop living as if you were a teenager with no parental supervision.

Eat live to thrive.
Alkalize to energize.
Exercise.

Most people know sugar is toxic to our health. And while vegetarians do eat more healthy than those who do not have a plant based eating lifestyle, vegetarians seem to forget that sugar in all its forms contributes to chronic illness.

In this article from Harvard Medicine, the message should come across loud and clear.

Stop sugar intake in all its forms unless it is from fresh fruits and vegetables, and then only eat these foods in moderation.

Also, remember that cooking vegetables produces sugars that can have the same impact on your health as eating any kind of processed or unprocessed sugars.

In another report, it has been determined that sugar is responsible for the vast majority of life threatening disease and chronic illnesses - cancer, kidney and liver disease, heart disease, arthritis, diabetes, hormone abnormalities, and Alzheimer’s (diabetes of the brain).

One of the greatest challenges of vegetarians is to get a balanced diet from the plants kingdom. Live vitamins, minerals, and enzymes are important.

Consider nutritional sprays that target every area of your physical and mental needs.

Sugar kills. It feeds cancer. It disrupts our hormones. It damages cells in our body. It disables. It shortens our lives. Sugar kills.
