Here are a few simple ways to enjoy the holiday without overdoing it:
✨ Eat a normal breakfast
✨ Choose 1–2 indulgences you truly love
✨ Slow down + savor every bite
✨ Add a walk before or after the meal

Try one of these from our "Early Darkness" checklist:
1. Keep a consistent wake time
2.Dim lights and screens 60 minutes before bed
3.Choose a single nightly ritual
4.Cool the bedroom and eliminate light
5.Consume caffeine earlier in the day
6.Practice the “get out of bed if frustrated” rule
