Here are 3 quick ones to keep you moving pain-free:
🦵 Calf Stretch
Stand facing a wall, step back with one foot, keeping your heel down. Hold 30 sec. Switch sides.
🧺 Towel Stretch
Sit down, loop a towel around your foot, and pull gently with your knee straight. Hold 30 sec.
❄️ Foot Roll
Roll a frozen water bottle or massage ball under your foot for 1–2 minutes.
