Choosing recovery is not all or nothing. It’s okay to experience a range of emotions such as: ambivalence, distress, hope, fear, gratefulness, and to need a reset. Please remember that recovery is alive within you, needs to be nourished to flourish each day to take you towards what you want more in your life.
