Exciting things are happening on Woodward Avenue!

Honor Community Health is transforming the Philip Henry Center into a modern medical facility that will serve more than 10,000 patients annually. This renovated space will soon offer expanded primary care, maternal health services, behavioral health, and substance use disorder treatment, plus a dedicated area for our Family Medicine Residency Program, and even a restored community gymnasium.

We’re grateful for the federal funding secured by Sen. Elissa Slotkin that is helping bring this incredible project to life. Construction is underway, and we can’t wait to welcome the community into this new space!

Stay tuned for updates as we move toward opening in 2027.
