Our Badger Award celebration continues! For Week 4, we’re excited to recognize our Waterford Child and Adolescent Health Center, one of our amazing School-Based sites for reaching 100% across all seven key quality measures!

Our School-Based Health and Behavioral Centers take a unique approach to care by bringing services directly to students within schools across Oakland County.
At our Health Centers, students can access both medical and behavioral health services, from annual physicals to support for the big feelings that come with growing up. Some schools feature Behavioral Health Centers offering services such as crisis intervention, prevention, and education.

All our School-Based sites serve youth ages 3–21, and up to age 26 for students receiving special education services.

The Badger Award momentum continues,
Our fun and motivating internal recognition program is celebrating even more success across our sites!

Week 2: Congratulations to our Baldwin Pediatric site for achieving an incredible 100% closure rate across all seven key quality measures!

Week 3: A big round of applause to our North County site, who also reached a 100% closure rate an amazing accomplishment and testament to their teamwork and dedication.

This friendly competition continues to inspire excellence as we work toward our shared mission of delivering high-quality, compassionate care through clinical excellence.

This past week, our team had a spook-tacular time at Cooley’s Trunk or Treat! From creative costumes to tons of sweet smiles, it was such a joy connecting with families and celebrating the Halloween spirit together.

A big thank-you to everyone who stopped by our trunk we loved seeing all the amazing costumes and sharing a few treats (and laughs!) along the way.

This week, several members of our Honor Community Health team attended the Pontiac Funders Collaboration October Networking meeting which is a gathering of local nonprofits and community partners dedicated to strengthening resources and collaboration in Pontiac.
Our team was proud to share all the great work happening at Honor from expanding access to quality care, to supporting families through outreach, education, and wellness initiatives.
We’re grateful for opportunities like this to connect, learn, and work alongside other organizations committed to making a difference in our community.

Last week, we kicked off a fun and motivating new internal recognition "The Badger Award" celebrating our sites that are leading the way in achieving key quality goals!

Our first award went to one of our amazing locations for their outstanding progress reaching a 94% closure rate and exceeding goals in five of seven important quality measures.

This friendly competition is a great way to bring awareness, teamwork, and excitement to our shared mission of delivering the highest quality care to our patients and communities.
