Mental health is just as important as physical health, and this month, we’re shining a light on the importance of awareness, support, and action in our communities. No one should ever feel alone in their struggles—help is out there, and together, we can create a culture of understanding and compassion.

💙 How to receive help: If you or someone you know is struggling, don’t hesitate to reach out. There are local support groups, professional counselors, and crisis hotlines ready to listen. You are not alone. If you need immediate assistance, dial 988 for the Su***de & Crisis Lifeline.
