🌟 Employee Spotlight🌟
Meet Melanie — a lifelong Pontotoc native with the warmest heart and the brightest smile. She’s been married to her husband, Mike, for 36 wonderful years, and together they’ve raised three amazing children. She’s also a proud “MeMel” to four grandbabies… with one more arriving in early 2026!
Before joining the dental world, Melanie spent most of her career as a remote medical transcriptionist. In 2016, she stepped into dentistry and has been an incredible office manager ever since. Whether she’s helping patients, guiding treatment plans, or keeping our office running smoothly, she brings kindness and joy to everything she does.
In her free time, you can usually find her behind a camera, capturing sweet memories—especially of her grandkids.
Melanie’s favorite part of dentistry isn’t the procedures…it’s the people. She truly loves connecting with patients and building long-term relationships, and we’re so grateful to have her as part of our team. 💙
