Beau started his journey at Burn Boot Camp in May 2024, ready to take on a new challenge — and he hasn’t looked back since.

From the very beginning, Beau found more than just workouts inside the gym. He found a community. "The trainers and members feel like family", creating the kind of support system that keeps you pushing even on the tough days.

The Burn Experience

Burn Boot Camp workouts are designed to maximize your results in just 45 minutes! We skip the pre-registration and waiting lists and get started as soon as you walk in the door. Burn Boot Camp hosts camp times throughout the day that are most convenient for busy women.

At Burn, we don’t use machines... we are machines! Our workouts are designed to challenge you to exceed what you think is possible and will leave you wanting to come back for more!

All memberships include unlimited access to boot camps; complimentary childwatch for children ages 8 weeks- 12 years; unlimited 1:1 focus meetings with the head trainer to personalize your fitness and nutrition goals; and unlimited access to Burn Boot Camp locations nationwide. The friendships you form with your “Burn Sisters” are included at no additional cost:)
