Look at the way their posture has changed over time. The slight lift of the heart out of the chest, the shining of the crown of the head toward the sky.

The way out is through. You’ve heard this before probably but what does it mean?
Through the yogic lens it means the way to bliss is through:
🤸careful committed practice and care of mind, body, and soul.
🧘‍♀️choosing to stay consistent even on the tough days and giving yourself grace.
💛Yoga can look like taking a few mindful breaths, taking a moment to quiet the mind, and choosing kindness and love over hate and anger.
