Cultivating Resilience is a special event that weaves 4 yoga teachers together for one fantastic experience! This is your opportunity to meet our new teachers before they begin teaching their regular classes.

-Shannon will open the class and get you seated and float around helping with hands on adjustments.

-Michael will lead you through breathwork, body awareness, and alignment practices to get warm.

-Jeremy ups the tempo to build strength and heat, meeting breath with movement.

-Daniel brings us back to calm with his meditative yin yoga practice to recover well.

The time for yoga is now (atha).
Atha meaning the auspicious now, as in every moment is now. All we have is right now or why not now.
You don’t need to be “ready” or “perfect” for yoga.
You don’t need to be flexible for yoga.
You just need to want to begin, to be willing to look in the mirror and confront yourself, and begin again and again.

Pooler Yoga is here for you now, always.

🌎Join us with Shannon Inman at Pooler Park to celebrate Earth day by cleaning up inside and out. We meet at 5 to pick up trash in and around the park and then come back together at 6 to practice a gentle flow to cleanse the mind, body, and spirit.
