Posting some postpartum core moves I did after having Woods. I still do many of these on a regular basis. Healing our deep core and pelvic floor after having a baby is so important❤️

- You do not have to do anything to come! If you have a membership you swipe your fob to enter and come find me!
If you do not have a membership- I’ll let you in the door. From there you will sign the guest log and pay a $5 guest pass, then come find me!

Got in a quick workout at the park this morning before the weather gets nasty.

In saying that, I’m going to go ahead and postpone the start of my class from tomorrow night until next Wednesday the 9th. I’m bummed but know it’s the safest thing for everyone. ❤️

So, first day of my new class will now start Wednesday, February the 9th! Hope to see you there!

Announcement 📣

I will be offering a small group training session once a week starting next Wednesday, February the 2nd! The session will be for an hour and will begin at 5:30 pm!

This will be at Core 24 in Poplar Bluff. You do not have to be a member to come but a day pass will be needed💪🏻

This group training will be for anyone! The amount of people I have each week will determine what we do during the session but bodyweight exercises, free weights, and circuit training will be used. Machines and cardio equipment will also be used depending on the size of my group. I am also able to modify when needed!

Hey everyone! It’s been a bit since I’ve posted but I have a couple new announcements.

1. I recently became a Pre and Post-natal Exercise Specialist through ACE! If you have any questions about exercise during pregnancy or postpartum please feel free to message me. Since going through it myself, it’s something I’m really passionate about🤗

2. This is the exciting one for me! I am looking to start offering a small group training class once a week. This will be an hour long session/class. Day and time for this will be announced soon! If you are interested please message me and let me know! I’m trying to get an idea of the size group I would have interested.

Outdoor HIIT workout!

You have 30 reps of each exercise in the video posted. The only exception is for burpees and push-ups which I did 15-20 reps per round. Plank I held for 30 seconds each round.

Aim for 3 rounds!

This weather is perfect for getting outdoors and me and my little family are taking advantage🍂

Today’s reminder that workouts do not have to be fancy to be effective. Finished today with this little squirmy worm on my hip. He was happy to be held and I was happy to move my body🤗
