Met with ATF field agent yesterday, they are going to expedite my change of address application.
I will be able to resume limited business as soon as the new FFL arrives.

I will be ordering fi****ms, parts, ammunition and performing DCR (Dissasembly, Cleaning, Reassembly), evaluations and limited repairs, by appointment only.
My apologies for the inconvenience of appointment only service.

All fi****ms checked in for DCR and malfunction evaluations will be returned the same day...
Provided they are checked in by 11:30am.
If repair parts are needed, the parts will be ordered, prepaid. Fi****ms will be checked back in and repaired when parts are recieved and you are notified of available bench time.
The firearm will not be held overnight.

Stay posted for resumption of business notice.

As a leather crafter myself, I can say I saw some very good leather work at Little River Outdoors Shop in Poplarville today. VERY nice holsters for Semi Autos, hand made of his personal design by Shawn Jones.
Nice to see some homegrown leather crafting. Stop in and check them out.

I can say Thank You to the many great customers and friends who let me work for them. I can say Thank you to Mr. & Mrs Clelly Farmer, who's grace and Godliness has allowed me to persue a dream. I can say Thank You to the Woman I Love, Suzann Dry, for puttin all she had into this and supporting me in this endeavor. And I can say thank you to my Son's for thier help building this place.
I know the Lord don't put anything on you, you can't handle...with his help.

I post the following, not looking for Sympathy, ( which my Daddy said was "only to be found in the dictionary between S%&t and Syphilis" ) ..... well,...Suzann and I's gunsmithing shop, Oak Hill Fi****ms Service Center, caught fire and burned down to the ground last night, due to an errant grass fire...
No one was hurt, but our hearts are broken.
Clients who have deposited fi****ms for service will be receiving calls in the AM.

My Son's and I built this shop together, Suzann and I put all we had into it...a lifetime of aquiring the tools of the trade. All is lost, many of my personal fi****ms dismantled for clients repair parts, optics, ammunition, knifes of a benefactor, fi****ms books/ references, many irreplaceable momentos of my Daddy's military service, etc. etc.

Many thanks to the fine folks who visited the shop, to those very special people who have "helped me out" in so many different ways, thanks to the Pearl River County fire dept. and the volunteers who put out the fire, thanks to Entergy who handled the electricity till all was safe to be reenergized...I'm not sure at this moment how Oak Hill Fi****ms Service Center will proceed so check the page from time to time...
