📢 GLEAUX RX PATIENT REMINDER

Everyone has access to Dr. Morgan’s personal cell phone number, however this number is for after-hours and emergency use only.

If the clinic is open, all communication must go through the clinic.

Dr. Morgan cannot safely manage 100+ text messages per day while actively seeing patients in clinic. When messages are sent during clinic hours, things may be missed — and that defeats the purpose of providing personal access for urgent needs.

• After clinic hours
• Weekends
• Urgent concerns
• HRT-related symptoms occurring outside of business hours
• Concierge patients with after-hours concerns

• Appointment scheduling
• Routine questions during clinic hours
• Non-urgent issues

Prescription refills and routine requests must go through the clinic. Messages sent to her cell for these issues may be missed.
