Adventure Physical Therapy/Nutrition Trails is looking for a medical billing specialist/administrative assistant.
Administrative assistant roles include greeting patients, handling phone calls, scheduling appointments, processing copays, occasional retail sales, managing patient charts, filing, cleaning, and making appointment reminder calls. Billing specialist responsibilities include collecting, posting and managing account payments, submitting claims, following up with insurance companies, and processing patient invoices and payments into accounting software. This is the perfect job for you if you are organized, personable, professional, and proficient in computer application programs. Medical billing experience preferred.
The current hours are Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm. It is a 4 day/week, 10 hour/day work schedule. Hours will vary when vacation coverage is needed. There may be the option for a different schedule if it meets your needs better and works with the clinic.
