you know that rest is something you use as a tool.

you know that in order to get stronger, you need to give your body nourishment.

you know that each muscle group requires different load, and that one set of dumbbells is *usually* not it.

you know that you can start ANY TIME and don’t have to wait for a start date or specific physical milestone.
